I reckon the whole team is scared of bang bang in Sept.
100% getting harder to push against, seem like whole squad had a mental block when it comes to big ones, I dunno if it’s the squad or the club as a whole returning back to normal.

Hope the men learn something from the NSW women’s team…

Don’t fly up to QLD thinking that you are just going to win it without raising a sweat…

Agree and even more.

Anyone aspiring to coaching or playing Rugby league at any level could learn something from watching the ladies game . A bit slower ,a bit less Brute strength on display, But tactics are almost same and its a lot easier to see those tactics play out in the ladies game. Until recently I thought the skill level and football sense were Streets below Mens game . They are catching up and while Men will always have the advantages of their gender ,don't dismiss the ladies coming from a different approach ,

SOO written and produced by the WWE
That can’t be the case - if it were, the build up wouldn’t be so lame….

I was sick of hearing ‘glasshouses’…. It wasn’t even meant as a sledge, but the media crapped on about it all week, just because there was bugger all else happening. It’s got so stale!

NSW should have been coming out and saying ‘yeah Sualli didn’t mean to hit him high, but for sure we were trying to rattle him, he’s one of their main attacking weapons, of course we wanted to neutralize the threat, and guess what, he’s got more punishment coming his way in game 2, so we hope he’s recovered and is ready for another tough night’….

Equally, QLD should have been coming out and saying ‘You done Reecey boy dirty, and now we’re coming for revenge’…

it’s so tame, it’s pathetic.

There’s a reason every boxing PPV now has the phoney push and shove at the weigh-in, and there’s always a war of words beforehand - the general public lap up the hatred and hostility, even when it’s clearly bloody fake, but it still sells.

Yet in Origin, where there is genuine animosity, and there’s stuff happened on the field that the other team don’t like, we play the PC, let’s not offend, let’s not give them ammunition bullshit.

Hype it up for gods sake - and then let them belt each other.

10 or so years ago the SOO build up was so lame that the the NRL CEO, Dave Smith, rang Gal and said he’d pay him $20k if he provided some "hype".
Gal obliged and used his two-headed comment for the easiest $20k he ever made.

Chicks need a different ball, their hands are half the size of a man’s and don’t have the strength to pass or kick as far.
Give them a “mid” football and watch the quality go through the roof.

Did you know that they (the NRLW players) have actually been campaigning for this?
Typical NRL are too stupid to take action!

So the chicks want smaller balls to play with?

Well, they need something. I thought the quality was shithouse over the 3 marquee games.
