Good win for us. We took our chances in attack and it worked well.

Norman running the football more makes our attack look brilliant also Peats back in the team made a massive difference.

Looking forward to smashing Manly on Thursday.

This could be a huge grinding 80 minute game with the winner not known until the last minute, or last seconds.
I'm all for thrashing Manly but they could thrash us too.
Moanly were impressive against the Warriors @ Mt Smart.
If we are clever, we set up Lussick to be sent off in the first 20 minutes.
Moanly have some spiteful niggling players in Miles, Lussick and to a lesser degree Taupau and Matai.

That space was due to offloads. A few by Scott. Scott is not a damaging runner but if he can get those offloads away, the space it gave our backs burned them.

For the oldies who actually watched the Parra 80's team, that Foran try was very Sterlo like. Not fast but a big step. Sterlo stepped off his right but this time Foran stepped off his left. Very similar.

And there are plays that Normans does which are very Kenny like.

Still would like Semi on the right. Jennings is not a natural passer but Taka is. Gutho is safe but doesnt have the speed to be dangerous. So stick Gutho next to Jennings

My thoughts exactly. Assuming Gutho can play on the left. Jennings is good but doesn't pass. Semi is being wasted outside him. Gutherson can do the job and we get Semi back.

I mIght have missed it but I don't recall the ground announcer reporting on the attendance figures. Does anybody know how many were there yesterday? About 12000?

We were vocal enough - with about 90% cheering for the Eels.

Do ya reckon that they take turns showering and in a non documented order? E. G. Some people like to shower first, thats me, some like to wait, some shower after a rub down, say foz, and so everytime they sing thr team song, semi is always caught out

Love the way our halves run at the defensive line and leave the passes so very late. It gives the defense no time to react.

Its such a luxury to have running halves of this quality, something we have not seen for a long time.

Got the peni love back this week.

The acceleration after hitting the advantage line was awesome.

Not fui like but still very good.

Over at the Cumberland throw, he calls scott a human health hazard. Lol
