At the moment, the difference between the best and worst is too big. The exciting thing is that the best is very, very good. The worst will improve as they get mentally stronger.

Nearly all the leaders were out. Good learning for the younger players on how to deal with adversity and change momentum.

The other way of looking at it…

Imagine this scenario: Harper scores 4 tries in first half, Manly up 32-0.

We claw our way back but still lose…

We would not be anywhere near as happy as we are now.

We won. Hopefully we learnt something…

You know we are going well when we win and we are blowing up about. How good.

Anyway… had some troops missing and didn’t play mentally smart or tough in 2nd half.
Manly had 5 day turn around too.

A win to f**k up varsity14s beach walk up up yours.

Yes they had a 5 day turn around as well.
We played a semi-final like game against the Storm,
they played the Tits.
To beat them by 12 is fine by me.

Can't be f**ked reading the thread so apologies if I'm repeating someone. Sifa played one of the best halves of footy I've ever seen and the lessons learned from the second half will prove invaluable as the season goes on.
