Yeah I dunno where in bad form nearly stole a win, dunno what happened to trindal, thought Atkinson was used pretty well for once, needed to make a tackle at the end there and just couldn’t make it 3 kicks is kind of f**ked.

Here’s the frustrating thing. There were so many instances where we got quick play the balls, had the Raiders retreating, making big metres… and what did we do with it? Hoiked up a bomb at the end of the set.

Metres, metres, metres, metres, metres —
Bomb. Try and do something Ronnie. All game.

We stand so f**ken deep. We play like an under 10’s team with a forward hitting it up off a first receiver about 15 metres back from the play the ball.. then said forward gets tackled no further up the field than the previous play..
This is a huge problem - we are so predictable anyway, and then we do everything 15 meters away from the defensive line, just to make it even easier for them to read and defend.

We were, and appear to be, very very poor!

We can make plenty of yards, but unless someone can plod their way over on their own, or we get lucky off a kick, we ain’t scoring.

As always, Brailey offered absolutely zilch in good ball - just chuck it to a big lad and hope they plod over. I know I keep banging on about it, but it’s a massive problem for us, it gives us no time or space to do anything.

We don’t look like a team who enjoy having the footy - we never try any trick shots, the sort of plays that halfbacks dream up in training, that you can only ever really try once. When do we ever do anything ‘different’ - the coach has a lot to answer for.

Mate I wouldn't worry about feeling like you're repeating yourself, it's been the exact same players and game plan for the last 4 years so hard not to repeat oneself

I'm at work. Finish at 5am.
Read through the comments.
I have beers in the fridge for when I get home. I was going to watch the game and have a few.
I don't think I can put myself through that misery half cut.
But I can try...
Early start for me.
I only saw half the game live last week and it left me a bit miffed. So I took the soft option - phone off and early night. Looks like it paid dividends - predictable as always.
Tough times by the sounds of it. Problem putting a group of mates together and paying them a shat load of money to have fun.
I’d still be having a morning brew though, help you doze better and dream of Hiroti getting a safe spot in first grade.

I'm having that beer mate.
I've chosen to sit on my balcony with the salt air and listen to the hub of society wake up
Feck the traffic is a goer these days at this time haha

How long before AFB gets Jack of making 3 or 4 times the runs and metres of anyone else in the pack? FFS he made more PCM's last night than most made actual run metres. We have a monstrous pack but 90% of them are lazy cats.
Has Kaufusi ever broken a tackle?

We actually look our best when Kaufusi sneaks one of those late offloads away. Not sure why it isn’t encouraged more with support play.
