This is a huge problem - we are so predictable anyway, and then we do everything 15 meters away from the defensive line, just to make it even easier for them to read and defend.
We were, and appear to be, very very poor!
We can make plenty of yards, but unless someone can plod their way over on their own, or we get lucky off a kick, we ain’t scoring.
As always, Brailey offered absolutely zilch in good ball - just chuck it to a big lad and hope they plod over. I know I keep banging on about it, but it’s a massive problem for us, it gives us no time or space to do anything.
We don’t look like a team who enjoy having the footy - we never try any trick shots, the sort of plays that halfbacks dream up in training, that you can only ever really try once. When do we ever do anything ‘different’ - the coach has a lot to answer for.
