AFB didn’t set the world on fire. Did what he had to do. No missed tackles no errors.

Ramien was immense.
Kennedy was great.

He was fine tonight. Pretty clearly limited in his movement though. Earned the $600k he gets for playing footy with a solid 6-7/10

I was just about to post something almost identical.
All the travel, clearly very hot and humid, we went through the motions and were still way too good for them.
Take the points, get out of dodge, hopefully with no lasting effects.

Both are pretty rampant at the moment so that’s a huge effort

Before the game I said a pass mark was a win. Didn’t know that absolute mess of a Cowboys team would show up.

It was an absolute bludger of a game from us and we still put on a score. Horribly clunky in attack but did a number in defence. Rarely looked troubled. Post Vegas, post Covid, all things considered…
A decent effort.

I liked Ramien and won’t even hold that first half error against him — the play was on and I’d rather we chase opportunities like that. Can’t say the same for that bludger of a drop by Hamlin-Uele. Grim.

Liked what Atkinson provided from the bench, too, at lock. I’m not his biggest fan but he had a role and nailed it. Didn’t see much link play from him but nice to know it’s there in his kit bag if required. I’ve been on the four forward bench rotation bandwagon but if he can play like that consistently he might have won me over.
