FFS. Why? Is there no hope in asking people to please be logical. If you are bad, vote for me. It's obviously a smart idea. If you are good, why would you randomly vote for anyone? More often than not you will get it wrong and weaken your team. And the "even if BM is town we're better off getting rid of the distraction" argument is rubbish because on more than occasion I'm been productive for winning teams. Even in the first GoT I helped find multiple Lannisters.

It isn't likely. It's only actually happened a handful of times out of the near 50 games we've played. Usually saner heads prevail.

But sometimes they don't. Usual Mafia games have a clear majority of people playing town roles. So mathematically voting for me based on nothing means more often than not a townperson will die
