I got my role and asked a question about a part of it and got a reply. Seems funny mis would reply when still sending out roles.

Eh it's not unheard of, sending out roles is a pretty length process, especially with people sending replies/questions about theirs.

Even with the roles pre-written it still takes me a good 30-40mins to send them all out usually.

If he's adding/altering PM's it'll take over an hour.

Writing them from scratch would take him over three hours easily. For 30+ people possibly longer.
