Arya Stark dropped soundlessly into the room. Her arms and legs ached from the three story climb, but the whore's rich perfume had guided her as surely as a map.

Even now, she could see the exotic woman tangled in the sheets with a giant of a woman.

Slowly, silently she pulled Needle from its place on her hip and advanced.

With a roar, a great winged lizard swooped into the room and sent a ball of fire at Arya Stark. Only her water-dancing allowed her to escape.

The dragon didn't make it out of the room, however, as Brienne of Tarth brought her great sword down on its neck and severed its head.

This only reads one way, Brienne killed the dragon. The Dragon seemingly attacked Arya, so was Dutchy/Brienne protecting Arya, and killed the dragon in the process?

So the Dragon is dead as a result of Arya's kill?

I'd have thought Jorah would protect her before the Dragons came into if, but they could easily double as kills/hodors.

I think the Dragon attacked arya (but she'd have a don't f**k with me passive)
Arya just happened to be attempting to kill Shae (who was blocking me).

That's why it's written up the way it is.
