The dragon was not a problem in this episode. If anything, the tv show dragons are underpowered. Book dragons can't be killed by 'scorpions' unless it's a one in a million shot through the eye.

Dany and Drogon figured out the scorpion arrows and destroyed them. What on god else was going to stop Drogon after that? If drogon struggled with the arrows then people would've complained about that too.

See your point but disagree.

Just all way too easy, and the constant destruction got boring real quick.

I thought the criticism’s of episode’s 3 and 4 were a little over the top. There were things I didn’t like about either episode but this episode was flat out full genius. I’m totally disappointed they went down this route. Totally underwhelming way for some of these characters to go out.

Dan and Dave have totally botched the ending of one of the greatest shows ever made.

It was fine until they had Dany go full mad queen after the surrender.
Yep, it was pure stupidity.

They haven’t really played up the Mad Queen route until the last episode. At least in the books he put in much more time and groundwork to maybe see her go that one.

All she did was prove Vary’s correct.

Arya going to kill Dany next week.

Also questioning why they felt the need to kill Rhaegal as some kind of "evening up the numbers" play last week if Drogon was just gonna be like "f**k your numbers bitch, I'm a dragon".

Would've been better to have Rhaegal survive and Jon couldve done something about Dany, knocked her out of the sky or something

I can see the reasoning for why she is going that way, they've just gone 0-100 with it real quick in the space of two episodes. If we got to see a whole season of that descent it would've gone down better, but what we've gotten is unfortunately a rush job.

Also found it stupid that the Northern armies behind Jon just blindly followed Greyworm and the Unsullied in their slaughter after the surrender rather than listen to their king and stop.

Everything about this season has been rushed.

There was no reason why it should have been just 6 episodes.

Some of them did look confused/unsure, but when the Lannisters started fighting back what else where they going to do? get stabbed? Jon told them to stop too late.

And this time the would have been expecting them, not caught off guard like the last episode.

For me the worst part was CleganeBowl. What a shithouse way for one of the best characters in the show to go.

I thought the first 3 episodes of the season were good, with the complaints largely falling into the "damned if you do, damned if you don't" category. Last week showed some genuine cracks appearing.... and this week has gone full genius.

Honestly don't know if I'll even bother watching the last episode.

What a fall from grace for one of the greatest TV shows of all time. What a horrid ending we have in store for what was honestly one of the more captivating fantasy worlds I can think of

What a ride! Looks like no one got the pleasure of finishing off Cersei in the end. I guess they will be moving the capital now that kings landing has turned into somalia. So obvious that Arya is going after Dany now.

D&D are merkins. Imagine being tired of writing the greatest show in the world and wanting to wrap it up ASAP with rushed and simple storylines. Anyone with a real appreciation of what they were apart of would've produced that entire series until every detail was spot on.

Last week - one scorpion takes out Rhaegal.

This week - 5,000 scorpions are no match for Drogon. Who now has the power of a nuclear weapon.

What was the point of Jamies arc? He was really just going back to Cersei? And that’s how she dies?

f**king Euron swam what had to be kilometres fully clothed and got out (a) exactly where Jamie was standing and (b) in tip top shape and ready to fight? And why the f**k were his final lines said staring directly into the camera?

What an absolute mess. This show has gone from the greatest program of all time to one I would advise people who’ve never seen it not to bother with. I am so deeply disappointed with the Michael Bay movie that those two f**kwits have turned this final season in to.

Also, all she’s wanted to do for eight years is rule these people and suddenly she murders them all????

I am furious with what has happened to this show.
