No worries, I have no problem with his defense it is his attack I'm concerned with.

This shows he hasn't scored a try for us http://www.rugbyleagueproject.org/players/luke-kelly/summary.html

And you can ask pou for his line break assists last year. It was zero.

If you look at forty20 PMS memorial statistics thread from this year you will see he has zero tries , zero line break assists and a massive 1 tackle bust.

Now you show me where he had some LBA's/line breaks/tries

Thanks mate

Thanks for the effort :D As Pou would say, small sample. As I mentioned in Post 353, backed up by your statistics, he has only play 9 games. You mention you don't have a problem with is defence, funny thing is that's all parra's been doing those 9 games. In 5 of the 9 he played they were flogged by 30 points or more.

Cut the bloke some slack. He's not in the team to make line busts that Haynezy's job. In saying that, I recon he'll make a dick of me next week :D

Well by playing in those games he's contributed to those pumpings. I can only comment on what I see individually from him in each of those games and he has offered very little in attack this year. Sandow on the other hand, has had many bright spots this year in a poor performing side.

Not going to argue we could do with Thurston or Wally Lewis at 6 but if you want some more spark than lets get Roberts back in. Less of a steady hand, and more rocks and Diamonds, probably rocks. What do you recon? Hayne a 6 tonight and we are possibly 22 points behind or Roberts back n the team. Which is it?

I just finished my cloning machine but it won't clone any player more than once. Please complete the team with clones and their postions.

Going back to what Stuart says in that we are a few players short of a good team.
Tonight wasn't about whether Sio or Tautai let us Down or whether Kelly is our future 5/8. The focus is on the effort and improvement shown tonight. no doubt we could have done with a win but harsh to critisize after that performance.

I'm not trying to bag Kelly too much, I just think he could have done more this season to prove he was a first grader. A lot of people were wondering why Stuart was willing to chase Corey Norman so hard saying 'we don't really need him' as Sandow and Kelly are a solid halves pairing for the future. He must not rate Kelly that highly either.

Yes the last thing we need is Roberts back in the side. In regards to Hayne, that's a flawed argument. Who's not to say if he was playing six he might have set up 4 tries which is an even better result than saving 2. You can't just say 'if Hayne played 5'8th this would be the scoreline' because it brings up an entirely different set of circumstances.

True, how many players would make that Cowboys side??

They had a dig and were unlucky at least not to take it to Golden point, it's just so bloody frustrating watching them play ATM.

Also good to see the two new boys went alright, they will only improve.

Disappointing finish. When was the last time we scored at the death to pinch a win? Excluding golden pointers, I can't think of any for a long while. We've lost a few like that though.

Exactly. Good to see Pritchard and Terepo have a crack. I've never had this much confidence in a coach, but this year I recon Stuart is on the ball. Next year will be very different. We'll see the right blend of youth coming through with some smart recruits.
