The Dogs came to play their Grand final after the criticism they have copped from their fans and the media. I expected it was going to be very tough game, but I didn't expect the Dragons to play SHIT. Poor kicking game again.

Our defence today was magnificent. Repelled them for 60 minutes when they had all their possession on our line.

Our attack, however, was atrocious. No one wanted to do the tough stuff, we just wanted to play touch footy and you'll never win games playing like that. Need a week off to regroup, have a long hard look at ourselves and then we'll send Packer, Vaughan and Sims through Mitchell Moses all day on Sunday.

Cmon mate,they defended well in the first half but the attack was woeful today against the dogs of all teams.
People are allowed to vent when they have a shocker so take the blinkers off.
We sucked today,couldn't even score a try. I admit he has done well but its why i am on the fence about Mary being renewed. Our attack looked lost and Mcrone was his usual shit self.

Just some random thoughts.
This forum really eats its own. A few weeks ago Sele was Dick Huddard Dragons were always going to be up against it today given the negative press about Canterbury. Of course they'd lift.

I am sorry we have not changed coaches , very sorry we lose Packer and Dugan with no replacements thus far. am not sorry Milne is going.
Mann is not treated very well by McGregor at all.

Lafai was injured which is a worry. He's starting to fall apart. Mann looks like he's lost a little interest after playing five eighth. Once again, as Mary said last week, we tried hard but it just wasn't gelling as a team.. they better get those combinations going during the week or it's going to get ugly. Although we will be playing Mitchell Moses next week so there a at least a few tries guaranteed.

I said last week that Field needs to be on the bench instead of Milne. We have nobody who can bust things open when we are struggling.

Overall very disappointing performance, our wingers and centres looked stuck to the turf, Tim and Sele were offload happy and our forwards struggled after roughly 80% position to the Dogs in 1st half. If we scored in 2nd half 1st would have been different, but we didn't and let them into the game..

They need to learn patience, they started without the ball for a number of sets and then got into the game in the first half.

Throughout the games, they through silly passes, that if they stuck would have opened up the game. That would have been to our advantage.

I'm not sure we need to panic when the style of the games really suited the Dogs style.

We need to learn to bomb more often, we take the chicken kick ( grubber). Please practice kicking the floating bomb.
