Anyone here see them on their current tour, I saw them for the first time in Brisbane and they are unbelievably awesome live.

At the Brisbane concert they had a strange song leading up to the first song that Garbage performed, it was a real slow song sung by an old man on an acoustic guitar, no one seems to know what the song was, but I really want to hear it again. It was kind of eerie, because the whole place was pitch black and there was just this song.

Did they have the same thing at the other venues?

I saw them in Sydney, and their was no old man. The support was a chick band called Silo. They had a song about not baking cake.

Shirley is great, Butch is great, Garbage are pretty good. :)

I saw them last tour when Shirley had that horrible short blonde haircut. Needless to say, i left that concert more unaroused then i would of liked.

we didn't see an old man, just heard a song of some old guy singing just before SHirley started the first song. It wasn't performed live or anything like that, I'm dying to know what it was
