For the the criticism Whare got, & for the most part it was justified, I think he played a great role on Thursday. His decisions in defence, when to jam & when not to, were superb.

Both Whare and Maloney were good. Mansour was the one having an issue on that side.

RCG is certain. Cleary will get picked if he gets at least 2 games and plays at his normal form level. Maloney is almost a certainty. Blake probably doesn't get picked, unfortunately.

Keary doesn't get picked. He's QLD, huge drama a few years ago about him wanting to declare for them even Mal came out in support of it.

Edit: If Wallace plays every game like last night he's a good shot at being picked.

It will be an absolute travesty if someone like Woods is picked over RCG.

If it's Peats Vs Wallace I think Wallace takes it. He's currently playing 80 mins in a top 4 team. Peats is switching with Rein in the wooden spoon team. Our forward pack will also make Wallace look golden like in the Cows game.

As long as Wal looks switched on like this week it's his to lose like last year.

I like the look of Cook for hooker role.

I wouldn't argue with it. Strong defence and could provide lightning service after a career of passing from the halves.

Yeah fair point on Pearce.

He’s still not one of the best defenders as far as hookers go though.

I think Wallace provides a lot more than Peats and I would say McInnes has only played one good season.

Cook is good at the dummy half running but his passing and decision making is not great.

If peats doesn’t make it, Wallace is in
