Gerard Beale - Yay or Nay?

The investment seems to be for Tedesco.

A lot was juggled, players tossed away and noses put out of joint with the plan for Tedesco.

He'll be fullback round one next year.

We need a half and prop, nothing else.

yep, Beale is good, but we won't need him.

a simple effective gameplan from a 7 (good general play kicker, good organiser) is all we need in a 7 jumper, doesn't need to be anything else.

A good front rower would be handy too, If Blair can pull his finger out then we might be able to get away with our smaller pigs

Should we make a play for Beale. I say a definite yes. He is a genuine fullback and God knows we need one. His form was outstanding last year when Hoffman was injured long term. We should have a little cash freed up from Ellis.

How is he a genuine fullback when he's played on the wing/centres for the kiwis/bronco's? He's definitely a quality player though :thumb - give you that..

whilst i hear what you are saying, lets not forget....

there were similar calls made about a young lad who left the broncos for similar reasons a few years back..

and what happened when he left the broncos to follow his dream?

not saying that will happen again, but sometimes players need to leave to get their opportunities in the positions they want..

Pull me up a chair, the guy can throw money at an off contract coach

And before you sing Tinkler's praises, he has a low tolerance for failure so let's see how that all pans out before saying Bennett to Newcastle was a masterstroke.

Come off it Muzby, they did us a favour. B Moz is killing it at fullback. The Pussies were sorry when they showed Moltzen the door, now they're sorry that he stayed. He'll be playing in England this time next season
