I don't recall exactly, but he was tackled with the ball, and lashed out at the guy's head with his elbow (and IMO, it was unprovoked). Totally out of character for Joel, but he got suspended for it.

Reddy was a decent player with us for the most part. But his last couple of seasons at Parra were not very good. Seemed to lose that defensive prowess he had before and was less effective in attack.
It was a shame to see it happen because I really liked him, but it was the right decision to let him go.

That was probably during the Kearney years? The officials should have taken that into account and simply given him a warning, and perhaps a knowing look of understanding.

That was at home against the Raiders. Campese was full of niggle and Reddy got sick of it.

Campo should have got more elbows during his later years. Mostly from his team-mates.
