Here's hoping they do win...would be a huggeeeeeeee boost for the game in Australia, especially with the A-league starting off strong and the Asian qualifiers to follow.

Not going to be easy though. They desperately need an away goal. The last thing they want is to be walking the tight rope at home where one moment of magic from Recoba, Zalayeta,...could kill them off.

ever since viduka has been made captain, he has scored more in those games than his whole socceroos career

I think maybe the extra burden of Captaincy placed on Viduka has made him realise that he has to look out for the other players in the team and show them the way, Lead by example if you will.

P.S: Where is everybody watching the game? First leg is being shown at the Enmore Theatre Sydney. Doors open at 6am and there is a $5 donation to the Johnny Warren Foundation to get in.
