I agree with the content but not the thread title! Can never support the Poms. I'd love them to be competitive but I don't see them getting close to winning this

Their last best hope was in 2017 in the World Cup final - with all the Burgesses, Widdop, James Graham, plus Wayne Bennett as coach. This English team isn't close to that. On that night they were one miraculous ankle tap (by Josh Dugan) away from tying that game up at the death.

Will this game have the 6 agains rule? If not it may help the English slightly but I doubt they will win.

Don't forget the best team in the NRL the last 5 years in Penrith have not won a club championship game against the poms.

Was a very skinny 10 & the ruck was a mess both ways. At least the ref was consistent.
Also that one run from Walsh off the kick return early in the 2nd half should’ve put an end to Edwards playing in the 1 again bar injury.

I mean they would be outstanding Park Footballers and compete in Cup and certainly far better than me, but compared to the NRL, which is truly elite, it’s embarrassing.

Penrith vs Broncos is elite.
