EXACTELY! by releasing so many players he has shot himself in the foot. He doesn't carry with him a positive reputation, and if you were considering a contract with parra you would ask your new teammate who used to play for them....
Im afraid i have heard stuff about Smith that makes me think he doesn't treat the players that well (i have heard, im not saying its fact, but i trust the people that said it), and you would think a player would be honest with his mate who was thinking about signing a contract with us...
