big pete I heard to the call and he wasn't overly biased. yeah he's a blues supporter and we all know it, but last night he wasn't bad at all.

he just put in opinions on ref calls, like every other footy commentator does. he was also pro-qld on a lot of them, like when he disagreed the 8 point try decision.

he was way WAY less biased than fatty and ikin (just as an example, not cause they're qlders) have been in other years.

this thread is a big deal over nothing.

I've got no problem with his general call, just as long as he didn't take anything away from Queensland's four series wins.

He's entitled to praise his side after last night's performance, but to take away anything from Queensland for their past achievements is just low.

the only thing I heard last night that I thought was dodgy was that lockyer didn't acknowledge the opposition, and that was probably cause he forgot.

Gould was spot on with his Comments about nsw and if the selectors had started with kimmorley,Ennis and Barrett then the blues would have won the series.
The maroons have been lucky to win this one and they won't be favs to win the next as Civoniceva and Price will be another year older as will the blues debutants from this series and Stewart will return to full back.
