GPS smashed CAS today, 34-12 or something. CAS were never in it. Kurtley Beale was chosen at 5/8 for the GPS side but for some reason didn't play.

I went to a CAS school for 8 years. We never, ever won against GPS. :(

Used to beat CHS and ISA fairly convincingly though. :D

Is Foley the fullback? I remembered you guys saying he was good so I kept an eye out for him. He wasn't particularly impressive, but you could tell he was highly thought of because his teammates gave him the ball alot, and he was targeted by the opposition. He was a bit suspect in defence at times, but on the whole was solid. He didn't really make any breaks.

I didn't see much of him, but he didn't really stand out from what I did see. The CAS centres had trouble stopping the GPS centres who were really good.

He was quite solid from what I saw. He had quite a high involvement level.

did u watch 2nds and 3rds

No I couldn't- 1sts started at 3:30 and I was at school until 3:00 so I only got there in time for the 1sts.

If they got a while to get together and work out combinations I'm sure they would be better encounters.

Do you mean better quality or a closer game? Because I don't think that more time would have really effected the result a whole lot.

They're all private schools(except for CHS), but they're scattered all across Sydney, and in the ISA's case, the division 1 schools are out in Bathurst, Orange, Bowral and Castle Hill which are well outside the region.
I think The Armidale school is also a part of GPS but because of it's location they never participate in winter sports?
