I actually thought it was excellent.
I'm an old fart but my kids like this bloke.
I reckon it was one of the better pre match entertainment shows for a long time, Cold Chisel withstanding.

Geeze you people enjoy some seriously tame music.

I was expecting some NWA ...but instead got mark Holden.

Would rather listen to Gus say no no no no on loop for an hour than ever listen to that rap 'music'. But they will never top Cold Chisel so whatever.

Don’t know how it came across on TV but live it was awesome, crowd was really into and singing same love was great if only to see the reaction of the old dinosaurs like Abbott

Came across brilliantly on tv, was so good to hear the lyrics come across so loud and clear.

Great show, great game and great day.

NRL may finally be getting some of its house in order.

Cowboys and Storm fans were good value too. So good to see RL fans in all their colours even the Red, Crusher, bears and Steelers fans. Great atmosphere. Nothing subdued about it all.

Chisel were great, loved the energy that Ricky Martin and Jessica Mauboy gave in 2013 but going back a long way Tina Turner at SFS would be one the greatest. Geez I even enjoyed Jenny Morris singing the New Zealand national anthem in 2002.

Hall of shame- Billy Idol and also the Optus tv falling apart when it was being lifted in the air, that was fabulous :D

Great show. For the old fogies on Talkback who bagged the NRL and showed their ignorance in regards to Macklemore, always been a good act and put on a great pre show. The wife hates that type of music but she loved that performance.

This. Hate rap but he held the audience which is an art for someone who has no talent like that f**ker...

I thought it was shit

It was lame teenage girl type music

He didn't make one mention of popping a cap in anyone's arse.

As far a rap it was about as soft as you can get.
Utter shyte
