They slept almost all day

Music promoter Michael Gudinksi has confirmed the NRL is NOT getting Pearl Jam for the 2017 Grand Final half-time entertainment, although it’s been previously rumoured.

“They certainly haven’t got Pearl Jam,” said Gudinski, on Triple M.

He slammed the NRL as being miles behind the rival code when it comes to half time entertainment.

"The AFL has left the NRL for dead,” he said.
