Grease or The Blues Brothers

Both great musicals, but I've always wondered which one people thought was better. I know they're very different types of Musicals, but still.

Which did you think was better. Grease or The Blues Brothers

Ooooooh dang. Very tough question. It's like asking who do I love more out of my mother and my father. Grease is an irresistable pop classic, but nothin beats soul imo. So Blues Brothers gets my vote, they were on a mission from God.

I saw Greece about 7 times when it came out, but alas no contest, TBB is one of the best musicals ever done.

It has serious music with serious musicians, more so with the Blues Brothers 2000. The finale is probably the greatest colection of blues and R&B singers ever assembled.

Rocky Horror Picture Show rates up there for me as well.
