[FONT=&quot]There Will Be Blood: Another recent addition, this 2007 film was made largely by Dainel Day Lewis' brilliant portrayal of the lead character.

American History X:
Alongside Fight Club, this is arguably Norton's greatest work. A brutal, challenging film about racism in the United States - it developed a cult following. Who can forget that curb stomp?

Die Hard:
An iconic action flick, Bruce Willis' John McLaine and his witty one liners are the epitome of the genre in the 80s and 90s.

Ben-Hur: The grand-daddy of all epics, Ben Hur was collosally successful both critically and financially.

School of Rock: Utilizing Jack Black's manic energy and musical talents wonderfully, School of Rock was an enjoyable family film with a surprising amount of sensitivity.

What is the appeal in Blood? I watched it and could barely keep my eyes open. Does it pick up in the third act? Because I was bored senseless for the majority of it and turned it off.

America History X. Despite not relating to the subject material, how could you not feel Edward Nortons confrontational portrayal of Derek Vinyard?

I went Die Hard. All the others are great movies, but truly great action movies are hard to come by and Die Hard is just about the best.

Classic Bruce Willis and Alan Rickman portrayed one of the great villains as Hans Gruber.

American History X. Where has Ed Norton's career gone since Primal Fear, American History X and Fight Club?

In There Will Be Blood...

Was there blood ?

A little bit, not really though. Brilliant film though. Would have voted for this one.

I'm wondering if American History X would have been as popular without the curb stomp? If he just shot him would it have found an audience?
