How shit must your argument be for you to resort to petty childish insults. :joy:

If you require complex thought, perhaps look to what the second magistrate actually said - he listed a range of items covering Inglis' character, Aboriginality among them. To isolate it out is completely disingenuous when it was a collective of characteristics that guided his citation.

That's not to mention the absurdity of your implication that somehow Aboriginality entitles a defendant to leniency in the courts. They make up 27% of the prison population in Australia despite only being 3% of the overall population.
Hilarious, he got off because of his aboriginal heritage. Everyone knows that they make up a large proportion of the prison population. Have you ever thought that maybe if you continuously break the law then you will go to jail.

Inglis had the money to hire a lawyer, come up with references and mount a defence.
The majority of Indigenous people who end up inside don’t have access to the money or resources to mount a defence, get bail or leniency.
I think Inglis should have been punished a lot harder.

Posting here is like treading on eggshells. GI should have lost his licence. That he didn't is not a credit to Rugby League. Am I allowed to say that?

Yes, but not within earshot of Greenberg.
He decides what is, and isn't a credit to Rugby League. He is the boss, after all.
Being on the cans all weekend, then getting behind the wheel, then winding it up to 80, 90, or 100 . . or whatever . . while still drunk is the look he thinks we need.
Thank God we have some brains in charge.
And besides, how was poor GI to know that speeding while drunk would be such a big deal ?
Pffft . . . Bloody pedantic, petty magistrates !.

Wayne should have slipped the magistrate a couple of $k to make sure GI lost his license.

All that walking would have helped massively
