:crazy::crazy: #codeincrisis :crazy::crazy:

well, quite clearly it is, when you read things like this:

"[We had] a bit of a laugh and joke. At the time it wasn't [funny] but now I can look back at it now and have a good laugh.

what about the people who had a punt on souths winning the game have potentially lost their cash.. potentially can't eat until next payday.. are they laughing?

at the end of the season when souths miss the top 8 by 2 points, will it still be funny?

how do you explain to little timmy, the 4 year old souths fan, who went to his first game and was in tears because of the loss, that his 'heroes' treat the game he loves as a joke..

personally, the golden years of the NRL were 2000-2001 when every player treated the game with the seriousness and respect it deserves..

That's why it's called "gambling" ;-)

Greg Inglis is a future immortal. An outstanding citizen of the game. A wonderful role model. One of the biggest assets the NRL has. All this proves is he is human.

That....and the fact he makes play dough look like Mensa material.

Awesome player. But so many levels of stupid all stacked up on top of each other to make a magnificent layer cake of dumbness.

A wonderful role model who stops women from self harming, stores boats to keep them from prying eyes and deliberately overplays an opponents spear tackles on him to make them look a lot worse than what they are.

Muzby said punting....you said gambling.

Lots of difference between the two.

Punting occurs when there are statistics and historical data to allow you to make an informed choice. Look at horseracing for example...a plethora of information to allow you to sort the shit from the clay.

You may be the one to gamble on the rank outsider because "its gotta win some day". Dope.

The form guides on poker machines are absolutely awesome. Same as Keno and Lotto. Totally random events.

The chances of 1 through to 20 coming out have the same odds as any other combination in Keno.

Anyway I will "gamble" at the odds of 100-1 that Inglis won't attempt another field goal this year.

Bring it on Ladbrokes!!!

How do you not know the score for about an hour (HT plus the Burgess injury was all 8-6) then the millisecond you drop the ball onto your toe for a FG it suddenly dawns on you?

When you're spending the game thinking about what you're going to have for dinner, and wondering how your investments are going.

No criminal action was ever proven on the domestic violence issue or on the salary cap issue.

As for the spear tackles. How about people stop lifting him and try to tackle him properly.

jack debelin tackled him properly..

hit him with a pearler, right around the hips.. a good & proper tackle..

and 1nglis stayed down, trying to milk a penalty, saying it was a cannonball tackle...

of course, then good old DUI carter showed him what a cannonball tackle actually was, later in the game..
