Chatting with Rob Sheadie on twitter and Sweet Caroline is gunna be a regular for a while at home games. I tried talking him into "The Gambler" for the Doggies game, but he wont do it :(

I wonder who came up with that stupid idea.

I want the real victory song back.

I had sleepless nights during my childhood, being kept awake by my parents with the record player blasting with Hot August Night.

Please, please no more.

FMD the idiots in Mangement at our club that come up with these ideas have lost the plot.

I swear I heard Mark Warren acknowledge Peter Sterling like he was in the channel nine commentary box at one point last night. He is set for the loony bin.

The way he talks in a depressive manner when the other team scores is so unprofessional it's embarrassing.

Bingo. I liked the random 'Hindmarsh is approaching 300' in the middle of the game. He has said less in recent games but what he says is beyond cringeworthy. He is as bad as his father at times.

Seriously, if anyone from the club reads this, punt him. Tahir and the other guy are good, but Warren is beyond embarassing. We had a guy a few years ago who just read out the important details. How difficult is it?

He just can't help himself from throwing in comments when they aren't warranted. FFS, just announce the score when it changes, and who scored the points, and shut up during the game!

Good move to remove him from the palying field pre-game and at half-time... now Warren really needs someone else controlling the speaker switch, so he doesn't lapse into his genetic attempted play-by-play commentary over the loud speakers. Gees he seems high maintenance, you'd have to wonder whether he's worth it for next season, instead of a cheaper more anonymous/professional voice?

Warren jnr has finally cracked it:

"Hayne stood like a colossus". or another favourite:

"Cronin stand on the O'Connell St side of Parramatta Stadium".

Yep, OK then

Im wouldnt be surprised if there were a few sponsors up in arms last night. He got every name wrong. "Arab Bink" instead of bank. And started mis-pronouncing Dyldam. We were worried he would mix it up with another word.

And then you get back to the club and he interviews, scratch that, YELLS!!!!! at the players on the stage. They talk back in reply.

The other one - everytime he introduces Lasalo and Horo he says 'via Wenty Magpies'. What is the point of that? So they played for our reserve grade side, a lot of players do that.

Yes! We always notice that too and considering they have both played pretty much all year in first grade it is kind of inappropriate to keep referring to them as reserve graders.

He constantly pronounces player and sponsors names wrong. He's very unprofessional.

I was a bit annoyed when he was calling the Brett Kenny Terrace the "Criniti's Terrace". Yes, they are a sponsor, but forget that, it's the Brett Kenny Terrace. The other end is called the Peter Sterling Terrace. That is what they are called, so that is what he should call them. Those blokes have earnt it...

I've been very happy with less music being played during the game and the Parra Chant being used less also. Thanks to Erin Cayless, who has recently taken over as Match Day Coordinator, for changing it.
