I thought a couple of times he lacked his usual pace. Remember how threatening he was last year? Knee still heavily strapped. I wouldn't be hugely surprised if he gets a week or two off if Norman comes back.

I'm a bit surprised at that. He could have run it back a couple of more times but went looking for someone to pass to.

If Radradra is available to run the ball I'd say French's instructions are to pass it to him. Anything else doesn't make sense.

I think once BF returns to full fitness we will see him run more of an arc when returning the ball utilising his speed and step. Hes still tentative and down on match fitness.

I'd say so but how much do you sacrifice to follow those instructions? Once or twice tonight it looked like we'd have been better off with French running it himself rather than looking for a bigger body.
