Move him back to halfback?

At least then he would have got a taste of what defending is like and give him practice picking up the ball off the ground.

Call me crazy, but I think playing halfback would be the best way to improve your halfback skills.

Chisholm has played at Five eighth and Hooker for France. He also played Wing, Centre, Fullback and halfback for the Storm NSW Cup team and as utility back in the NRL. He's got great ball skills, good speed, great step and a good passing game. His kicking game though is about the same as Moltzen's. He's more of a 6 than a 7 though.

Moltzen is essentially a five-eighth. He's not an organiser, he's someone who runs off good players. His kicking game is non existant, he is not a pressure player. He does know how to run into gaps and read benji's game well and his defence has improved.

Humble looks to be another genuine 6 who can fill in well at fullback.

Miller is the only genuine 7 who can organise a team on the field. He should be the priority signing with Chisholm the back up. Moltzen is currently overpaid and out of position. Humble should also be retained.

Good thinking. He's a fairly steady hand too, which is all we need. Good organiser too

If he's behind Robson it doesn't fill me with much hope.

Look at how many people were behind Morris and Fitzhenry. I'm sure anyone of them would have been better but we blindly persisted with those two clowns. It could be a similar situation to that.

Agreed - Tigers fans know better than anyone that talent and ability, or lack of, are 2nd to having the favour of the coach.

What has miller done to earn all of this praise? I watched him pretty closely last year and didn't see anything that indicated he was going to be a dominant future first grade halfback.

Move Moltzen to hooker for 2 weeks and give miller a crack.
At least we cut the shit and work out what's good for 2013 for f**ks sake.
Is there no thought beyond every season?
I'm starting to think Sheens is only playing for each season without a long term goal for the team.
