Wednesday night is student night at a lot of Universities. I know it's the case here in Armidale and in Newcastle, anyway.

Well here on the Central Coast, Wednesday night is one of the biggest nights at Terrigal. Peppers is packed and Largo is free entry.

Thurs night is student night in brissy. Sunday arvo's go off aswell.
Wed night is usually for live bands and punk night.

i was soooo drunk last nite...t'was a workmates birthday...so we had a good nite on the town - didnt get back to my place till 2.30am and had to start work at 8.30am this morning...boy was i tired!

Well, aroun a month ago, we got seriously drunk.

Three of my mates were staying over for the night and we had the house all to ourselves. Of course, being rebellious 14 year olds, a piss-up ensued. We were all out of it, especially one of us, who I'll just call "K". K had had 3 shots of baileys, 4 shots of vodka, 2 of Bundaberg Rum, 1 peach liquer, a Tooheys and a lemon russki. Anyway, he fell asleep in a really poor state after going psycho and doing some really crazy stuff. The other 2 and I had to stay up all night to look after him because he kept hurling. He hurled all over his bed so we had to move him to my bed, which he hurled all over.

Anyway, needless to say, my mum was very unimpressed when she had to clean up. Naturally, I got blamed. It was a good experience all the same.

So yes :nwave: I have been drunk.

Shots are so for 18 and under... I believe they only shot so they can appear cool.. You should only shot drinks that are there to be shotted down.. Doing it with drinks like rum is stupid and pointless.. It tastes like f**king shit!

Getting shitfaced quick is lame... It is more fun easing into the night and experiencing the different stages of drunkeness... I spose this is only learnt over time... I too used to shot rum and the likes to try and look cool.. f**king tasted like shit, tears ur stomach lining apart... Trust me, not many people do it once the novelty of turning 18 has worn off, thats what i noticed anyway, from working behind a bar and experiencing it first hand.
