Could anybody confirm if this young player from Wigan is the son of ex Tongan international, Shane Hansen.

If so where does his future international allilance lie - GB, NZ, Tonga or Combined PI team? Assuming he is good enough.

Same applies to Dwaynne West - son of Graeme.

Yes, I hear Harrison is the son of Shane Hansen.

I believe his allegiance lies with GB.

Put your money on him to win the Super League's young player of the year, he is a sensation and once he fills out I think he will be one of the best players in the UK. He is playing more of a defensive role at the moment but I see his strength as a running backrower.

So Jason he is definitely sticking with GB ?? Assume he was born there whilst Shane was playing in the UK.

Yes he is mate and he's been on the Wigan scholarship scheme since he was about 14, I met Shane last year at the Academy test in Sydney and he is a top bloke.

Has Shane stayed in the UK since his playing days?

I can still remember him playing for Northcote and Auckland . He was pretty close to Kiwi selection.
