Lockyer got absolutely destroyed by Fakir when the latter scored. He got left on his arse......something Noble et al won't have missed.

Fakir was undoubtedly the best player France had, he was hitting the ball so perfectly in attack and didn't miss anything in defence.

Didn't he play for Salford last season? I thought I heard he was going there when the French season finished. Did this not eventuate?
