And Jackson? And any number of others?

Your scum club really is f**king smart isn't it? f**k the sport over and still get smashed by a Cowboys side without Thurston. Oh how the lols rang around that empty stadium and your attempted defence of it is even more laughable.
I couldn't give a f**k what you thought of the result - it's cute you'll only bump this after we lose though.

As for Jackson?

He was POTS last year for the Blues, I doubt he would've been risked in Country-City lol. Stop moving the goalposts, the Bulldogs withdrawing from CvC was ultimately not a thing.

I wanna see Francis Tualau get a run in first grade. Was disappointed when he left Melbourne. He was outstanding in the preseason for the dogs, I'm surprised he hasn't gotten a run yet

It was ultimately a massive FAIL.

They pull their players out to rest them...for a loss. Lol. f**king cheats and they still can't win.

I'm still amazed people rate des, what's wrong with people lol, more importantly who's making these called at the dogs. can't people see he's a one trick pony ?? The whole front row forwards playing as halfbacks has been done and countered by oppersition teams.

Let's not lose sight of the fact that CvC is the ultimate fail.

Player were rested to prevent injury. Surely that's pretty clear? The result on Thursday is irrelevant.

Nope. If it was part of his game more than once a season then we'd see it all the time and I'd be aware of it. He gave a bit one origin and told Parker to pull his head in but I'd like to see him start skittling a few in origin now.

It's like people still talking Tamou up. One decent performance every 12 months for a human his size is just piss weak. Should be tearing into the line with every carry. That's his job. He gets a pat on the back now if he can do it 2 times a game. I just dont get it.

He actually plays good all season, just not exceptionally often like he was 2 years ago when he was around 130 kgs and played fewer minutes and really offered a punch. He was really aggressive back then but it sometimes cost him. I think during pre season last year Des told him to settle down after he done that missile tackle which got him 6 weeks on the sideline.

One of our players played in the fixture (and several more played across the rep round).

Get a clue and a f**king brain, moron

City vs Country is such an important fixture on the rugby league calendar they've decided not to do it anymore

On Klemmer, he plays really dumb - he just takes basic hit ups and runs straight at the man, every time.
He doesn't run any angled lines - just straight up and down, he doesn't try and hit a gap - just steams into the man (which I kind of admire, as I like my props to wanna run over people - but you have to be selective when to run to cause damage to an individual, and when to hit a gap, try and find your front etc).
He's playing real dumb dumb rugby - catch it, head down, arse up.... he's better than that, or at least he was.
I think it's maybe because if he looks around at his other forwards, they're all too busy pretending to be half backs, so maybe he feels he has to be the one he just carts it forwards, coz no bugger else is willing to do the hard basic yards.

Something I asked in the game thread is how does Hasler escape the scrutiny?? More so now that he has recently had his contract extended after a so called 'review'.
