Turning into the new Newcastle. Des has killed this club slowing with garbage player retention, stale ideas. f**k me sack this merkin already. I've been saying for a few years now, his ideas are done, he has no fresh ideas. He can't spot talent, we have been heading in the wrong direction for years.

Something I asked in the game thread is how does Hasler escape the scrutiny?? More so now that he has recently had his contract extended after a so called 'review'.

I think he convinced the board he would have Foran and Woods coming in if they keep him, they is the only thing that could of gotten him that extension.

Anyway I finally noticed that Lichaa on the field yesterday with one of the most blatant attempts at milking a penalty I've ever seen, well done son.

Thats a big call if he is pinning his hopes of a resurgence on those 2 when they still have clear problems elsewhere(hooker, FB etc.).

My god he is hopeless, probably the worst 9 in the comp. They swap him for Ennis and we win a comp, lol.

One of the worst recruitment decisions in recent memory.
Don't forget hoppa , Moses, tony Williams, woods. But even better is the fact that we let go the good players or at least better players. Ennis , cook, Trent, Reynolds, Sam kasino , dale .

Making the finals 12 years running might have something to do with it.

Des has destroyed this club, how the media doesn't ask him the tough questions and put the pressure on him is ridiculous.

This is his squad, he has built this team over the last 5 years and made very poor retention and recruitment decisions. His game plan hasn't changed over the last few years and pretty much since Barba left us we have played the most boring footy in the history of the game.

It is a struggle as a fan to sit through this under 6s rubbish we dish out week in week out, our forwards aren't this "big dogs pack" that the media loves to crap on about, we are soft, slow and a bunch of plodders.

Our backs are reserve grade standard for the most part and wouldn't make any other team In the game. Our halves/hooker are terrible, cant kick, cant pass, cant organise a game.

Des just keeps the same team and same "game plan" every week, never drops a single player for being out of form and yet people still believe that he is a super coach.

This is all on Des yet he escapes any true criticism, every fan has seen this coming but Dib and the board decided to give him a contract extension on upgraded money.

We need a total clean out and to rebuild, Woods & Foran aren't solving this problem. Des needs to go but we know that wont happen. The club is copping it from fans but will turn a blind eye and keep sprouting that "#proudtobeabulldog" crap to pretend things are all rosy.

True fans aren't just gonna cop this crap, since 2012 we have been crap, we lost 5 of our last 16 games in 2014 but had a lucky three weeks and a good draw to reach a grand final that we were never gonna win. And since then it has got even worse and don't even mention we made the finals each year crap, we were truly just making up the numbers and that isn't good enough for the Bulldogs.

He cops plenty of criticism for some of his brain farts but they're really missing Josh Reynolds. Worse - they've let him walk for season 2018. He probably would have complemented Foran nicely in the halves

Yes, Reynolds getting injured is a Des master-stroke.
