Disgusting effort. I can never remember seeing such a bad effort in my 27 years of footy. Hang your heads in shame. There are a couple of exceptions but it was a team effort in being abismal sure Darren played well but someone should have been leading by example from the beggining not in the last 10 mins.

Yeah but i dare say at that time we had players like murphy and runciman in our team who should never have been there. Every player who played today is well and truelly capable of first grade standard yet they are playing with no heart no passion and NFI. I would rather watch some youngsters with heart geat beaten that players who are obviously just going through the motions of being a first grader.

Micheal Beutnerr made one mistake which ended up changing the game. The missed tackle which saw Manly break away - Hodgson get sin binned - and therefore was half the reason for two tries.

If it wasnt for that I would of said well done, he ha a mistake free game.

Let us not forget the conditions, they weren't condusive to great ball handling.

I'm not making excuses, but these are the sort of conditions which are overlooked on a regular basis.

It was a disgrace and was laughable..f**k i was in the stands laughing at the manly fans heckles..they were having bets on what tackle we would spill the ball. thats demoralising.

that was the worst game of footy i have seen the tigers were terrible and showed no effort, yes the conditions were not good but at least manly could hang onto the ball, if we kept the ball for even a little more we would of won by 20, i was upset with the 50+ loses but i can handle those as they were against genuine to 8 teams but to lose to manly and show no effort untill the last 10 minutes #-o #-o

I had been a balmain fan since 1979 up until the merger, and now the Wests Tigers, and yes i have seen far worse than yesterday's effort.

The only thing that gives me the expletives regarding the merged entity, is
this continuous mid season descend.

Same time every year we lose key personnel, we then lose form, throw application out the window, go from a possible finals position, go on a losing streak, win a few towards the end of the year, the players who have'nt been signed for the following year suddenly strike up form to keep themselves at the club.

This is what gives me the s...s.

But i'll still follow them.
