I agree, mate. He should have taken this into account being a high profile public personality, especially when he decided to go diving for clams.Feel sorry for Haynes little daughter
Can this still be settled out of court? Or is it too late
It's not the end yet, but it should be.Well that ends it. What a dickhead!

That’s the worst photoshop I’ve ever seen. It’s quite obvious that you’ve airbrushed the shit out of Burt Reynolds
In all honesty, it goes to show how fallible humans can be. On one hand he was one of the most gifted players to pull on a footy jersey. But on the other hand, fame and fortune played a major hand in his destiny. Blood sucking hangers on, god-like status, a song place in the hills and bad advice from minders all played their part in his demise, IMO. Of course, a ravenous taste of oysters didn't help either. So from what I have read today he will do min 7 years unless he can appeal the conviction. He is currently out on bail.
Far from it. You can bet your balls the lawyers are writing up the appeal right now.Well that ends it. What a dickhead!

He'll be a target of recruitment. Plenty of gangsters will want him in their crew. He'll still need to be careful to avoid getting stabbed, but Hayne could bash 99% of the dudes in prison. That will make him a valuable friend to have.Being high profile, he’ll no doubt be a target in jail.
The alleged victim can opt not to proceed with their allegation. They only do that for a couple of reasonsThe victim is who everyone should feel sorry for.
And criminal matters are not settled out of court. Civil matters are.
