He’s a dickhead, but I feel for him. Cos he clearly is not real smart. Must be stressful for both sides.

The presumption in that statement is that he had done something wrong ( unproven) and also, it’s her opinion of his state of mind.

It’s impossible to rely upon someone’s opinion of what someone else is thinking.

You can’t see, hear, touch, feel or smell what someone else is thinking. Thoughts are intangible.

Yes, which is why both legal teams will be looking to pin each other down to a version of events and then rely on any relevant extraneous evidence to discredit the other sides version of events.

It would be very uncomfortable in the witness box.
