Apparently Ben Barba is killing it where he is playing and is very fit. Some guy I know played against him recently.

I know nothing about this deal and i could be completely mistaken but it wouldn't suprise me if he's also being paid to mentor, develop and coach younger kids at the club which will affectively make it a full time job....no inside knowledge but just a hunch.
