I'm just trying to think like Inu. I would be spewing to find out that Hayne was on a considerable lot more if I was Inu. 20-30K is fair enough given the SOO exposure Hayne's had ect.. but talent and potential wise, I for one still don't know who's more valuable..
i would love to keep both but if forced to pick between the 2 i would go with inu

At this stage Hayne appears more physically resilient, the better defender, and has the higher work rate.

Inu is certainly the more likable character which I think influences a lot of people's opinion. But either way I want them both!

Don't forget that for these blokes, every 100K they are paid goes almost 50% in tax. So a contract difference of 20-30k is not a huge difference when they are already up to 250-300.

we're still well in the running..all I'm saying is that it will be more difficult then Hayne.

I wouldn't get too confident.
You seemed to have changed your stance on Inu Eela, previous posts gave me some confidence of keeping Inu, has anything changed in the past week you sound a little lesss optimistic.?

optomistic about what???

Hayne's a done deal...don't worry about him.

I'm still relatively confident with INU but it will be difficult and challenging and negotiations could go beyond Januuary, imo.

From the fairfield advance :

THE Parramatta Eels are renowned for producing some of rugby league's most exceptional talent, none more so than former Cabramatta duo Jarryd Hayne and Krisnan Inu.
Hayne, 19, burst on to the NRL scene midway through the 2006 season, scoring 17 tries from 16 matches.

Despite his rapid rise to fame, Hayne said he owes much to his junior club.

"When you go there they welcome you with open arms," Hayne said.

"It's one of the reasons why a lot of kids go there, and a lot of kids don't leave because they love the environment."

The support Hayne received during his time at Cabramatta wasn't limited to on-field advice. He developing a family bond with players and staff.

"The likes of Glenn Hamilton have helped me a lot through my junior career," he said.

"If there was anything wrong at home, or having trouble financially, he would always talk to me, and he would always be there if I ever wanted to talk about something."

Last season, Hayne witnessed the incredible debut season of Krisnan Inu, earning selection in the New Zealand test team after one NRL match.

The cheeky 20-year-old said his first season in the NRL was the only year he had never played in a grand final.

"I have a lot of good memories playing in grand finals," Inu said.

"We didn't win as many [with Cabramatta] as we should've, but it's always good to play in one."

Yeah perhaps I should have warned that post should not be taken as accounting advice.

PS There is a typo in your signature mate.

I am the greatest yank ever to support the eels

I think the "y" should be changed to a "w".
