Really happy for him and happy he's playing for my mob over there. Might possibly be a bright light in what I think may be an average season for the niners. I'll be over there for a couple days in October - Might grab myself a Hayne jersey for the hell of it. :)

Sounds like you should of been more specific Miller. lol.

Still a better result then I have ever gotten, nothing but a busy signal if I call.

And well done Hayne, I am officially a 49'rs Fan now.

Well done to the lad.

Watching him with interest now.

Geeze some of people of on wide world of sports calling him the biggest sporting success story. They obviously haven't been watching Cronulla!

I like NFL but I've never really followed a team emotionally, know what I mean ?

Now I have a team to really root for.

Tell me about it. Not taking anything away from the achievement but there are Africans that come from absolute poverty then one day pick up a basketball. A year later they're in the NBA making millions..

Anyone who follows the NFL, which position will he play?

Is it just me who else couldn't care less, I tried to get into Grid Iron but it's one boring game.

Out of all the Hayne NRL replays the Amricans could show they are always sjowing him against us.

'Waived' - meaning he can be signed by any other NFL club. Bad news for him...

Next move? Nick Politis to 'find space under the cap' for an NRL return...

It is reported that Shane Richardson is in the UK to bring Sam Burgess back with rivers of NRL marquee gold. I wonder which team he'll be lined up to join. Never any conflicts of interest with the NRL and all clubs are equal.

Personally I think f**k Sam Burgess.

He left the code for greener pastures - let him stay & sulk in that paddock a bit longer.

If he comes back, send him to a bottom 4 club.

Go Sammy
can we get Sammy?

as for Jarryd
he was cut, from the active roster and may not clear waivers.
which means another team will pick him up and sign him to their 53 man roster

Lions and Cowboys both looking at him. all three teams he is talked about are dross.

The niners lost the guy who was replacing him to an ACL and another player at his position to injury

he may be back on the niners roster soon
