Help with a Problem

My game was working fine but something has screwed up and I am unsure how to fix it so was hopng I could get some help from you guys>

Whenever I click the save button these days the entire program crashes. Its reallu frstrating casuse i can't play seaosn mode any mnore cause I can't be bothered playuing all day.

Is it the PC version ? If so, re-install it.

I've been having the problem lately that when I customise a team and save then restart my PS2 i find it actually hasn't saved.

Do a total uninstall then reinstall it.
