Hey, I just watched the first 3 episodes of Heroes, and while my curiosity has been aroused, my fears are that it will go the same way as Lost and Prison Break.
ie - one of those stories that more closely resemble a soap opera because while there is alot of character development, there is very little plot movement.

Lost sh!t me. I watched most of the first season, and a bit of the 2nd before it got too slow and rediculous for me.
Prison break looked the same - so I havent even bothered giving it a go, and I dont intend to.
Heroes teased me. While it looks like the other two - I have a bit of an interest in the whole super hero genre, so Ive given it a chance. However - I think my fears will be realised and it will become the mundane drudgery that Lost became/is.

Its kinda a shame - cos i really enjoy writer Jeph Loebs comic writings (Daredevil, Spiderman, Batman + many others) Plus he did Teen Wolf!

Wadda you all reckon?

You should have given Prison Break a go! Heroes looks ok so far, but I agree if they drag it out for too long it will become boring

I like Heroes. Haven't really been following a show since the X-Files days.

"So far, so good"...

heroes is a bit X-men .

I don't mind it ...the Japanese guy is stealing the show so far.

Lost...I'm lost ...I have watched every episode and can't tell you what the fug is going on.
I think the others are a cult ...a bit like the weird movie Ron Howard's daughter is in.

Lost is beginning to sh*t me.

The plot doesn't move on. They have a plot device which is mysterious all season and it turns out to be nothing.

Then they start again.

You really should reconsider Prison Break. I'm an avid follower of Heroes and Lost and the latter sh*ts me as well in it's slowness but Prison Break is the complete opposite and I'd rate it as the best show on television.

Hiro is the greatest character in the history of TV.*

He's moved Jack Bauer to 2nd.

*Not a knee jerk reaction in anyway.

I watched heroes for the first time last nite, at first i didnt enjoy it, but it took me a while to figure out what was going on, but towards the end it got a bit better, at the moment i think ill have to watch it next week to figure out if i actually like it or not.

Problem is, its on at the same time as spicks & speck, and i love that show.

I've been watching Heroes since it started and i rate it as the best show on tv at the moment.....I loved 24 until they changed Jack into a nancy girl and how many times can L.A be attacked by terrorists its becoming lame they need a new plot line.
Lost gets me with the ads"watch this week and everything will be revealed in the first 30 secs" and we have learnt nothing new after an hour...what crap...
And prison break...nah cant see why people like it i'd rather watch whatever else is on at that time ....:D
