Hindmarsh needs to play 80 mins

The two times Hindmarsh went off in the game GB scored shortly after.

Hindmarsh is Australia he goes off and they fall apart.

I mean he was no where near as effective as he would be if his benched. Wayne Bennett took him off to many times and we fell apart each time.

I think Minichello and Berrigan have both played well. I don't know if they deserve their spots as best players in their positions for our country, but they haven't been disgraceful by any means.

Carrol on the other hand has done very little so far, and Scott Hill would have done better in the early games.

I totally agree. When Hindmarsh went off Australia dropped off.
That chase was absoluely amazing but has become part of Hindmarshs game.

How Berrigan and Carroll are in the starting lineup is beyond me. Wat about Luke Lewis, What about Matt Cooper. Come on Bennett do us a favour and pick a team outside of the Broncos. Carroll is playing shocking and should be dropped, bring in Timmins or Ryles or anybody else. We cant afford to keep playing like this, or we will lose the final.

GB had less big forwards on the bench, but had more ticker over 80 mins, so something went wrong. With the extra breather I thought Hindy and Fitzgibbon would come back on and rip it up, as they are usually 80 minute guys at club level. But they didn't really, and GB (especially Sculthorpe) did a great job of containing them.

Actually this time I thought Carroll did OK, though Ryan does just as well when he's on it that role, so *shrugs*. Thought Berrigan was fine too. It was Kimmorley and Hill that were disasters for mine (see "How Poo Was Kimmorley" thread).

I would play Hindy at lock for Oz, 80 mins.

Lock or Backrower he wont get 80 mins. Bennett continually switches and utilises his bench. But he takes players off just as they get a feel for the game and begin to fire.
