WEll Origin 1 he played 49 mins
Origin 2 it was 60-65 mins

Five minute of good footy, should not make a MOM, when you compare it to hard working forwards who put in a good 60 minutes.
For some stupid reason they always give MOM to a plyer in the the winning team, yet Hindy and Fitsgibbons played a much better game than the 5 minute wonder.
Parraren said:I actually think the rest does him good in Origin. He comes out in the second half and just causes havoc! I think it's a deliberate strategy by Gould, he wants to keep him fresh for the final 25mins and it worked tonight.
Maybe, just maybe, Brian Smith could learn something from this.
Giving Hindy a rest actually leaves him fresher to do more attacking, a part of his game we don't quite see as often these days, as he is spending 80 minutes defending, covering for some of our bludger forwards.

But could we spare him for 15 minutes at the moment?

Just a thought.
Suity
But I would REALLY like to think that Parra could do without its best player for 15 minutes of every game. Maybe the others could lift themselves to cover for him, knowing that he will be better for the rest.

With more efforts like Sunday, perhaps we could. I know three weeks ago we sure couldn't.
A short breather just prior to and after half time?
