Also all women get increased fat and fluids around the waistline for "Bodily Adaptations" to carry a baby so their hips, thighs and upper legs have the space and strength to support the baby they are carrying".
Hence, The structure of a female's hips are larger then their shoulders and is the widest of their body (Usually) whilst the males widest part is their shoulders. This is how they can simple define a sex person from bones/surveillance tapes.
