For Parra Mortimer was the only bright note for Parra.

Jennings is a freak, that move on Reddy at the end was Tahu like. But this kid will be better.

yeah I couldnt believe the forward pass for jennings first try - it was only about a metre forward from the dummy half so I suppose they can be forgiven for missing it.....

My thoughts exactly,i would also like to add that i now put cayless in the lowrie /robson class,he has had his day and should retire with a little dignity,1 half decent game in every 6 just isnt good enough.God help us next year if he is still our leader.:crazy:

Hi all, long time reader first time poster, is quite frustrating when the players know they need to lift the intensity in defence, esp that last 10 mins when we scored, but for whatever reason it just doesn't happen....like another poster mentioned, I just knew that the Pennies would go in again after we scored, we hadn't defended well al game, what would be any different in the last 10 minutes??, Attack was promising, but what is the use when you seemingley refuse to want to tackle?? :?

If I am not a EELS supporter, I would have relished the match. Lot's of tries scored , mistakes , some brilliant footy from individuals.
Being and EELs supporter, I am disappointed. We should have won the game. We continue to leak points due to some individuals. That is not acceptable. Coach must be tearing his hair out sitting in that box seat. We should have won the match. I am gutted.
Next season.. long long way.

I don't think ando's comment are unfair. I think there is a reason fui has played from the bench the last 2 games, his losing fitness again and was pedestian today, regardless of that bonehead pass.

Ben Smith should be stamped never to play 1st grade again. Galuvao sat that game out, completely useless.

Lowrie stepped up, great offload for Mortz try, but still provided a stupid offload over the side line.

Matt Bell impressed. If he can come down to the 100K mark i think he'd make a great benchie next year.

What I wanted to hear was "If I can't get these bastards to tackle better than an under 10 team at a gala day then I will resign next week"

Fair try. He still had momentum (i.e. he was still moving forward) when he lifted and promoted his arm. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

The worst thing is that if we were playing a team with a bit of defensive nous ie a dragons outfit who would have been on par at least with the pathers for offence then on todays effort we can conclude that the score would have been

No wonder Ando is a very frustrated man. They cannot for some reason put two good performances together. There were no positives from this match as defensively the panthers were woeful.
