How many Manlee fans will be at ANZ stadium next week?

I honestly can't understand the fuss from dogs (and, inexplicably, raiders) fans about manly's travelling support. Every team has fans that travel and fans that don't, but we don't have a collective consciousness that allows us to be assessed as one entity when it comes to our decision making regarding away games. Its ridiculous to judge our travelling (or failure to travel) on anything but an individual case by case basis. Good luck with that.

That said, the turnout at the Cowboys final last season was pretty embarrassing.

Stopped reading at the first line dickhead. The Broncos double header was an AWAY game for Manly so did NOT count as part of our home crowd attendance average.

Next!!

Not only do Canberra fans not attend their teams games, it appears that they are f*cking stupid as well :D

is 13,749 the average for Brookvale or not ?

yep it is

& all anyone should be saying about that is ... wow :sarcasm:
thats embarrasing for a side that has had the sort of success they've had.
it appears
not only do Manly fans not travel 5k's away from their front door
not many go anywhere ... within 5 from it either

jokes everyone of them

I hope the dogs tear em a new one on Friday :p

What is even funnier is the fact Canberra's home crowd over a season has only been bigger than Manly 5 times. In 27 seasons, 5 seasons with a better home crowd. One of those was by an average of 30 more.

If Manly are bagged for not travelling, then surely Canberra must be the most fair weathered supporters in the league. Leaving even the Roosters for dead in this category.

Bottom line Daaaaaaave - Manly draw more crowds than Canberra. Both home and away. Your mob are a one team town and still draw less than Sydney clubs!!

Manly have more success on the field than Canberra.

These facts are indisputable.

Manly are a force in the NRL. Canberra are a f*cking debacle most of the time.

Enjoy watching the Eagles dismantle the Dogs on Friday night and DREAM about the day your mob can play that well :D

GO MANLY!!!!!!!

I don't see why the Eagles get so much shyt about crowd numbers. Year on yar attendance at Brookvlle is not a milliion miles off the Sydney club average. Not great but not at all embarrassing.

Ther's nothing wrong with their home crowds, it's just they don't tend to travel.
