How many years to fix Kearney's mess?

It will never be fixed. I hear we are going to get kicked out of the comp for the Central Coast Bears. Spags used his mafia connections to siphon all the clubs assets away.

I feel sorry for Ricky, I feel we are underpaying him for the absolute shit he is going to have to fix.

One off season - we can score points but lack effort in defence . Every side Ricky has coached has improved their defence in the first year by a fair bit. So early prediction we will be pushing for a top eight spot next year

Favourites for the spoon next year. I'm hopeful for 2014, provided we can sign some good forwards and hopefully Hayne.

Phil Gould said early last year that we're a couple of years away from being contenders. I remember everyone here went hysterical over it.

On my mobile so cant quote but the bloke who said one off season got it spot on.

Comp is so close these days one good/bad off season can mean diff between premiership and spoon

I remain positive. Disregarding today, which was a disgrace, we've already shown some improvement under a different coach. Under Kearney it looked like we had zero talent, now at least we can see that something's there. Remains to be seen, but I'm thinking somewhere near the 8 - hopefully in. We couldn't even run in the correct direction under Kearney.

Really, I think next year's going to be a clean slate. Whether that slate is usable, we'll have to wait and see.

We'll know next year.

I know I probably sound like a pessimist, but I see myself as a realist. I predicted a finish of 12th this year, which I felt was realistic, since I expected us to improve from the previous year.

I'm struggling to see how we'll be competitive next year, unless some of our juniors step up and/or we get a couple of decent late signings.

I see us finishing bottom 4 next year. Most likely bottom two.

with our under 20's finishing 15th i can't see us unearthing anything to help us from that young squad next year
