How the Shire tensions affect the NRL

It's simple. The NRL is the only national football code with teams in both Cronulla and Bankstown. Consequence - rugby league will get a bad rap when these two teams play each other in 2006 if there are still tensions from today's events.

It's a bloody shame too, and an example of how hard it is for rugby league to shake the negative stigma surrounding the game. Hopefully I'm over-estimating the effect this will have, but I am definitely worried about it.

we clash once in the regular season and once in the preseason, down in some town on the south coast.

The day El MAsri retires is the day RL celebrates....because the 15 year old twats that work in packs and are gutless prix, only follow teh game because of their Lebo hero, will stop following league. The truth is even Hazam is disgusted with these idiots giving him and his people a bad name.

People talk about not wanting to attend bulldogs games, but who'd go to a Sharks game after this? Wouldn't spend a cent in the shire, would be like making a donation to the KKK

Its a shame its at Win, there would of been a warm and friendly welcome to our shire friends from the "ethnics" in our area.

Cronulla suddenly now has a mortgage on bad crowd behaviour?

No one will ever match Bulldogs supporters in terms of disturbing the peace. They've got it down to art form.
