Alan Tongue is our best player currently but Carney is the most important. Guys like Zillman, Goodwin and co. are still X factors, hard to say how important they will be.

Lincoln needs to get us firing from hooker, to set up some good go-forward for our young, but talented pack.

8 - Withers: As thickos said, he needs to fire from hooker, we know he is capible, so its up to him to make that position his own

8 - Fullback: Be it chalk, zillman or Goodwin (the latter being my first choice), they have big shoes to fill, they need to not only be scoring tries but saving them, like schif did so so many times for us

Steve Simpson - 9 - prime for a big year.. great work ethic.. and we need our forwards
Jarrod Mullen - 8 - if he clicks with joey, will be an extremely potent halves combination
Josh Perry and Adam Woolnough - 9 - we desperately need our front row to step up this year if we're any chance of being there in september.. we need the go forward.

Hicks - 8 - Top quality and extremely under-rated
Bell - 8 - FREAK!!!
Matai - 8 - Hits hard runs hard..will be a star
Robertson - 6.1/2 - Has great potential..unleash the ROBBO

Lyon - 9 as a centre....has to prove himself in #6
Orford - 8 - nuff said

Kite - 10 - the passion..the hardness..machine
King - 5 big fat softy
Monas - 7 very under-rated..should be captain

Menzies - 10...how can you hate the guy?
Williamson - 6 for his defense...no impact in attack
Stewart - 7 under-rated...deserves to play FG

Burns - 7 aggression and slyness...good little half
Rose - 8 - Potential to be a great prop
Bryant - 5 go home son
Watmough - 8 - WILL stand up...IS a great player

I think you misunderstood the question scotty. It's not a 'rate the players' thread, eg. King and Bryant might have been crap last year but if we're going to do well we need them to stand up, making their performances crucial to our success.
